Before you join.
A few things worth knowing before choosing your class.
Can I start from zero?
Yes. Foundation English starts with the alphabet, sounds and your first sentences. Everyone is placed before joining, including complete beginners, so the class fits their level.
What if I am shy about speaking?
You practise step by step. Essential, Fluent and Intensive lessons begin with a pair warm-up, then build through guided practice toward longer speaking tasks, with teacher feedback.
What happens if I miss a class?
There are no make-up classes, and watching a recording does not count as attending. Students must attend at least 85% of instructional hours in each part. Choose a schedule you can attend regularly.
How do online classes work?
Classes are live on Discord. You need a phone or laptop with a camera and a quiet place. Create and verify your Discord account before the first lesson. Our admin sends you an invite and helps you join the right group.
Can I visit before deciding?
You can ask to sit in on a campus class before deciding. Contact the front desk and we will confirm which class to come to. The front desk is open 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closed on Fridays.
